Job Information
Maintain accounts receivable records by recording and collecting payments, invoicing clients, reviewing and processing client contracts; Review, prepare, reconcile and analyze accounts receivable records for management.
Responsibilities
General Accountabilities
- Invoice clients in business application (ScalePanel) and reconcile with general ledger (Quickbooks)
- Interact and collect information with sales and provisioning teams for contract completion
- Process contracts by entering, activating, and managing in ScalePanel, sales software(Sugar), Quickbooks, and client folders
- Calculate sales commissions and complete contract checklist
- Prepare daily cash & credit card deposits
- Enter finalized cash receipts and update accounts receivable ledger
- Set up ACH and credit card recurring payments
- Reconcile Merchant Banking activity
- Research and process charge backs, returns, and bad checks
- Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries
- Contact clients regarding outstanding balances
- Reconcile revenue in general ledger with ScalePanel
- Report to management A/R Aging, contract status and pipeline
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word and Expert skill level in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Microsoft Access
- Experience with Quickbooks a plus
- Minimum Experience: 2 years and/or Accounting Bachelor’s Degree
